London Eye - a maior roda gigante do mundo

A “London Eye” (Olho de Londres), a monumental roda-gigante panorâmica, considerada uma das principais atrações turísticas da capital britânica, completa nesta terça-feira 10 anos.O preço da visitação à London Eye é de 17,88 libras (26,8 dólares, 19,7 euros), relativo à volta completa de meia hora de duração.

Buckingham Palace has been the official London residence of Britain's kings and queens since 1837.

Although used for many official events and receptions held by The Queen, areas of Buckingham Palace are opened to visitors on a regular basis.

The State Rooms of Buckingham Palace are open to visitors during the Annual Summer Opening in August and September.

The rooms are lavishly furnished with some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection with paintings by Rembrandt and Vermeer.

e London Bus is one of London's principal icons, the archetypal red rear-entrance double-deck Routemaster being recognised worldwide. Although the Routemaster has now been largely phased out of service, with only two heritage routes still using the vehicles, the majority of buses in London are still red and therefore the red bus remains an iconic symbol of the city.
